Seen@Work is a boutique workplace culture consultancy founded on the belief that belonging and engagement are not programs to be installed, but conditions to be built. We work with organizations to understand what employees are actually experiencing and to build the infrastructure that makes a better experience possible.

There is often a gap between what an organization says its culture is and what employees actually experience.

Many culture and engagement efforts produce activity. And the employee experience remains largely unchanged because the infrastructure underneath is not addressed. Natalia Eileen Villarmán is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Seen@Work. With over 13 years of experience in culture-building, employee engagement, and talent management, she has partnered with organizations across industries to strengthen inclusion and retention. A Wharton MBA with past roles at Meta, Deloitte, and Danone, Natalia helps leaders create workplaces where all employees feel seen and empowered to do their best work.
