Seen@Work is a boutique workplace culture consultancy founded on the belief that belonging and engagement are not programs to be installed, but conditions to be built. We work with organizations to understand what employees are actually experiencing and to build the infrastructure that makes a better experience possible.

THE CHALLENGE WE SOLVE

There is often a gap between what an organization says its culture is and what employees actually experience.

Many culture and engagement efforts produce activity. And the employee experience remains largely unchanged because the infrastructure underneath is not addressed. That leads to lost productivity, higher employee attrition, and less innovation. Seen@Work exists to close that gap not with more programming, but with the systems, the data, and the sustained attention that true culture change requires.

Through focus groups, leadership interviews, and analysis of your people data, we surface the patterns underneath your engagement and inclusion challenges and produce a clear roadmap for what to do about them.

Seen@Work serves as your dedicated fractional engagement and inclusion team, providing the strategic leadership, program design, and operational support of a senior internal function, without the cost or permanence of a full-time hire.

Our Build offerings create the systems, programs, and organizational structures that translate culture intentions into a daily employee experience that actually connects to business outcomes.

Our Develop offerings, including workshops and community-building programming, build the skills, relationships, and shared language that make inclusion real at the team level, not just the organizational level.
