NATALIA EILEEN VILLARMÁN

Natalia (she/her) is an inclusion and belonging consultant with over 13 years of experience supporting organizations in their efforts to make workplaces more inclusive and more conducive to employee retention and engagement. In 2020, Natalia Eileen founded Seen@Work, a boutique firm dedicated to supporting companies and leaders in their efforts to create engaging workplace cultures where people feel “seen at work,” inspired to stay and thrive.

Along with her Seen@Work team, Natalia has created and facilitated a broad library of research-backed training content, which has been delivered to thousands of employees in organizations across a wide range of industries and geographic locations. She has developed and deployed community-building programs involving hundreds of participants, and she has supported leaders in change management and strategy projects related to the improvement of workplace cultures.

In addition to founding and leading Seen@Work, Natalia has worked as an inclusion strategist and human capital consultant at organizations including Danone, Deloitte, Meta, and Teach For America. Natalia graduated from University of Pennsylvania’s The Wharton School with an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness with an emphasis on Inclusion in the Workplace, from the Relay Graduate School of Education with a MA in Teaching and from New York University with a BA in History. Natalia lives with her husband and labradoodle in New York City’s The Bronx.
