Workshops

High-quality employee training is a key part of an organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy. Effective education and development programs diffuse knowledge, generate buy-in, build confidence, and drive meaningful progress toward your DEI goals.

Your employees want to build an inclusive workplace culture. They want to understand and celebrate their differences. Through our engaging workshops, Seen@Work will provide your employees with research-backed practices that empower them to do just that.

Foundational Workshops

Our three most popular are on Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Leadership, and Race, Privilege, & Identity. The skills and concepts reviewed in these workshops are foundational to building more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces.

  • Unconscious Bias uncovers the biological and societal processes that drive this complicated phenomenon, followed by an extended discussion of specific strategies your employees can use to address and prevent it.

  • Inclusive Leadership identifies the skills and traits a manager at any level needs to effectively lead their diverse team, emphasizing practical steps they can take to foster a sense of inclusion, belonging, and psychological safety.

  • Race, Privilege, & Identity explores how the many parts of our identity impact how we move through the world, digging into the systemic underpinnings of how power and influence are inequitably distributed in our society.

All workshops come with extensive pre-work and post-work, content summaries, and guides to additional resources for continued learning. Seen@Work is also pleased to create bespoke workshops or other workshop solutions to meet your organization’s needs.
