Since 2020, Seen@Work has been helping companies and leaders build inclusive workplace cultures that retain and engage talent.

About Seen@Work:

Seen@Work is a human capital consulting firm that helps organizations build cultures where employees feel safe, seen, and supported and where businesses see stronger engagement, retention, and performance as a result.

Founded in 2020 by Natalia Eileen Villarmán, Seen@Work was created with the belief that when people feel seen at work, they can do their best work, and everyone benefits.

Through training, consulting, programming, and advisory services, Seen@Work equips leaders and talent management and HR teams with practical tools to strengthen inclusion, engagement, and belonging.

Led by Natalia and supported by a network of expert consultants, the firm has guided organizations across industries and geographies in shaping healthier, more effective workplace cultures.

“When someone feels seen at work, they feel free to be the person they’re meant to be and everyone benefits.”
