Since 2020, Seen@Work has been helping companies and leaders build inclusive workplace cultures that retain and engage talent.

Seen@Work’s Story:

In 2012, when Trayvon Martin was senselessly and violently murdered, our CEO was a teacher in a classroom, finding her passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion while facilitating conversations about racial injustice with her students and fellow educators. Since then, Natalia Eileen Villarmán has spent years working on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and programs in several industries, including tech, professional services, and nonprofit.

Eight years later, in 2020, Natalia launched Seen@Work, a management consulting firm focused exclusively on providing training, assessments, programming, and strategic services related to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB).

Today, Seen@Work supports individual DEIB champions through its resources, and organizations seeking to advance their DEIB approaches through its services, all in the hopes of attaining a simple yet profound goal: creating the conditions that allow all employees in every workplace to feel represented, valued, respected, included, and seen at work.

“When someone feels seen at work, they feel free to be the person they’re meant to be and everyone benefits.”

- Natalia Eileen Villarmán
