Program Details
Anyone in an organization can be an informal ally for another colleague. However, certain groups in an organization may benefit more from structured allyship programs, depending on institutional history, workforce demographics, demonstrated competency, and other important factors.
Seen@Work will work with you to collaboratively identify who might benefit most from participating in allyship and community programs based on available data in your organization, as well as any specific goals you have set.
As your Seen@Work team helps you to design and implement your Allyship and Community program, this engagement may include:
Structured group discussions with program participants on relevant topics
Curated programming for allies to better understand their colleagues’ needs
Customized organizational systems for each group
Allyship and Community programs will empower participants to advocate for one another and build increased sense of psychological safety and belonging.
