Program Details

Due to the historical practices of your organization and/or industry, specific groups may be underrepresented in your leadership team. To be most effective and equitable, the Leadership Accelerator Program should be implemented with one or more of those particular groups in mind. Employees will be selected for participation in the program based on observed high-potential traits and/or performance metrics suited to your organization’s needs.​

Through their experience in the Seen@Work Leadership Accelerator Program, participants will hone the skills, knowledge, and networks they need to lead your organization through its next chapter. By investing in your high-potential employees from underrepresented groups, you will build a more equitable, sustainable future for your company.​

Over the course of 6-12 months, participants in a Seen@Work Leadership Accelerator Program will engage in activities that may include…​

  • Executive leadership coaching in individual or small group settings​

  • Mentorship or sponsorship from current senior leaders​

  • Networking events and tactical support that cross levels and functions​

  • Skills training focused on preparing for immediate next-level success​
