Wandie Toledo’s (she/her) drive for Diversity Equity and Inclusion can tracked back to her pre-professional days as an INROADS intern in Boston. As a beneficiary of DEI program, she understands the impact a recruiter can make on a young person’s life. Wandie is the Diversity Acquisition Leader at T. Rowe Price where she champions diversity & inclusion recruiting strategies that advance firm priorities, business outcomes and a culture of inclusion and belonging. Prior to T. Rowe Price, Wandie was the Diversity Program Manager at Deloitte Consulting, Lead University Relations for Coca Cola and was the Manager of the INROADS Atlanta office. Wandie earned her undergraduate degree at Bentley University. She has also earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification from the Society of Human Resources and a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from University of South Florida. Wandie is also a wife and mom of 3 beautiful children and makes time to foster dogs, actively engage with civic activities, and mentor up and coming leaders.
