Seen@Work has partnered with Human Resources, Recruitment and Learning & Development practitioners as well as executives and managers across levels, functions and industries to deploy DEIB programs in efficient and effective ways. 

Our Flagship Program Offerings

 
  • The Early Career Accelerator Program is aimed to establish relationships and candidate pipelines with underrepresented students who may be unfamiliar with your organization or industry. This generally includes a short-term immersion ranging from a day to a few weeks, focused on building skills and preparing the students for a successful application process.

  • The Leadership Accelerator Program will bolster the diversity of your management and leadership teams through interventions lasting 6-12 months. Aimed at high-potential women and employees of color, the program leverages executive coaching, mentorship, networking, and targeted skills development to grow employees from underrepresented employee groups into leadership positions.

  • The Mentorship/Sponsorship Program is designed to support your internal talent growth process by effectively establishing a comprehensive mentorship and/or sponsorship program in your organization from the ground up with a DEIB lens.  

  • The Allyship & Community Program will scale your inclusion efforts by curating intentionally diverse and representative employee cohorts to participate in trainings on allyship concepts, tactics, and ways to mobilize allies across their divisions and teams.
